Renovation of 1880 Grocery Store. Systems work included upgrades to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems with bathroom and kitchen renovations, as well as renovation of the fire sprinkler system. Restoration work included masonry, plaster, and stucco restoration and repair, along with roof repair. An addition of a 3 stop elevator system was installed along with exterior painting, new window flashing and repair of historic shutters and re-pointing and repair of 6 historic chimneys.
