Description of Scope and Responsibility:

Construction of 8,500 square foot Transit Research Center building and site work package. Work consisted of building a new structure with equipment used for research and servicing if vehicles. The building contained administration office space and educational training rooms. This project also included an enclosed, outside mechanical yard with ice tanks and chiller equipment for a thermal energy image ice storage system; a fueling station with an underground gasoline/diesel storage tank system with underground natural gas piping and site lighting. Site work included rough grading, installation of water, sanitary sewer and storm drainage utilities and installation of concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, paving and landscaping. All work complied with strict compliance to the specifications, high construction standards, building codes, safety regulations and other contract terms and conditions.
