Description of Scope and Responsibility:

Ground-up construction of new terminal facility for Regional Airport. Work included demolition, sitework, roadway and parking area paving, concrete, structural steel, brick veneer, storefront windows and entrances, metal roof and siding, aluminum composite panels, fencing, landscaping, complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems, and interior finishes including flooring, ACT, ceramic tile, painting, and wall covering. Project also included minor renovations of existing building next door. This project was directly adjacent to an active runway throughout the duration of construction. Project required particular FAA safety and security requirement compliance.
